Leading groups on half day, full day & overnight adventures in sea kayaking, stand up paddle board, day hiking, backcountry hut hiking, zodiac boat, fishing tours and ATV tours while providing a safe, fun, and interactive experience.
Understand and apply learned risk assessment strategies with respect to marine hazards, group dynamics and weather in different and sometimes hostile environments.
Working towards or possessing a degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, outdoor recreation or any past experience or interest in adventure tourism
Positive, energetic & engaging adventurous attitude toward other guides and guests

End of season bonus will be paid to all guides that finish out the busy season strong & complete their contracts

Guides are paid a competitive hourly rate. Rate is commensurate to level of experience, training and keep 100% of gratuity earned
