An opportunity to play & work in Gros Morne National Park with spectacular places to explore, both on and off the clock

Guides are paid a competitive hourly rate. Rate is commensurate to level of experience, training and keep 100% of gratuity earned

Leading groups on half day, full day & overnight adventures in sea kayaking, stand up paddle board, day hiking, backcountry hut hiking, zodiac boat & fishing tours while providing a safe, fun, and interactive experience.
Understand and apply learned risk assessment strategies with respect to marine hazards, group dynamics and weather in different and sometimes hostile environments.
Working towards or possessing a degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, outdoor recreation or any past experience or interest in adventure tourism
Positive, energetic & engaging adventurous attitude toward other guides and guests
Experienced full-time Kayak Guide for Gros Morne National Park. Lead kayak tours on Bonne Bay, ensuring safety and exceptional guest experience. Organize aquatic programs, overseeing trainee guides, and client care.
Provide paddle support during tours & assist with rental operations at our waterfront location on Bonne Bay. This hands-on role is a unique opportunity to learn & deliver aquatic programming to guests from around the world
