Go off Grid and experience the Gros Morne most visitors never see with an exciting Zodiac adventure to a remote uninhabited beach to spend the night under the stars on a private backcountry camping trip.
The world renowned Tablelands and the towering cliffs of the Bonne Bay fjord provide the perfect backdrop during our exciting Zodiac ride deep along the deserted coastline until we reach our remote primitive camping site. After unloading your camping gear and a quick orientation to your area, our boat will depart leaving you fully alone to take in this one of a kind backcountry camping experience. Go for a hike in the forest where our famous moose and caribou are often found or stop for a meal in the mountains while enjoying the amazing oceanfront vistas. Cool off after your hike with a refreshing swim in the crystal clear spring fed river found hidden amongst the forest and discover the dark sky as you spend the night amongst stars you didn’t even know existed. This special place is all yours to enjoy.

Duration
Our Zodiac & Remote Beach Camping Experience can be as short as one night however we highly recommend two nights to really take it all in and get the most out of this unique one of a kind experience,

- Zodiac shuttle to and from remote beach camping location
- Site orientation including suggested camping sites and hiking areas
- Camping equipment if needed, however guests may supply their own
- Transport Canada approved personal floatation device
- Free parking at our shop during your camping adventure
Difficulty level
Zodiac & Remote Beach Camping has a moderate difficulty level depending on the weather conditions, camping experience and fitness level. Specialty backcountry camping tours can be arranged with an on site guide for guests looking for a fully guided remote camping experience or extended onshore excursions.
Suggested Equipment
Upon completion of camping itinerary guests will be emailed a detailed equipment list customized for their experience.
